What You Bring
The company is seeking a Travel Team Specialist for its Corporate Travel team. The role is designed for motivated individuals who thrive in fast‑paced environments and are passionate about providing outstanding customer service. The position offers a hybrid schedule, allowing a mix of in‑office and remote work from various locations across the continental United States. In this role, the specialist supports travel operations—including air, car rental, hotel, meetings, events, payments, and the Travel Management Company—by delivering customer and administrative assistance. Strong written and verbal communication, proficiency with collaboration tools such as Teams, Zoom, and Webex, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external providers are essential. Candidates must meet at least one of the following education and experience combinations: a bachelor’s degree with no experience, an associate degree with two years, or a high‑school diploma with four years of relevant work. Required skills include customer‑service or administrative support in a fast‑moving setting, advanced Microsoft Office capabilities, excellent communication, meticulous attention to detail, and strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. Preferred qualifications include prior experience in travel or hospitality and familiarity with large, complex organizations, which can help the specialist navigate AECOM’s extensive travel landscape.
