About the Role

The US Corporate Benefits Manager will design, develop and implement health, dental, vision, life‑insurance, retirement and wellness programs, lead open enrollment and ensure the benefits package is equitable, competitive and aligned with company goals. The role works closely with brokers, HR, Finance, Operations and external partners, manages vendor contracts, monitors compliance (ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, COBRA, etc.) and provides reporting on utilization, cost optimisation and total‑reward strategy. SOX controls may also apply where relevant. • Design, administer, and evaluate health, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement, and wellness programs; lead annual open enrollment. • Partner with brokers and use analytics to ensure competitive, cost‑effective offerings. • Develop benefits policies and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations (ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, COBRA, etc.); conduct audits as needed. • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate financial and legal terms to optimise benefits programs. • Create communication materials, conduct informational sessions, and oversee benefits onboarding and education initiatives. • Analyze utilisation and trends; prepare reports for leadership on program effectiveness and cost optimisation. • Collaborate with HR, Finance, Operations, and external partners to ensure accurate and timely administration. • Support benefits systems and assist with future integrations or technology enhancements. • Monitor workforce needs related to total rewards and recommend enhancements to maintain engagement and competitiveness. • Adhere to SOX control responsibilities where applicable. • Promotes a healthy, productive and flexible working environment that respects work‑life balance.

What You Bring

• In‑office work required two to three days per week at a Turner & Townsend office. • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced certifications (CEBS, CCP, SHRM‑SCP) preferred. • Minimum 8 years of progressive benefits management experience in a large corporate environment. • Experience negotiating vendor contracts with strong analytical, negotiation and communication skills. • Skilled in leveraging market data and benchmarking to optimise terms and ensure equitable solutions. • Proficient in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, HRIS systems and data‑visualisation tools; Workday and Power BI preferred. • Strong written and verbal communication skills with keen attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities. • Proven leadership, sound judgment and organisational skills; adaptable to evolving technology needs. • Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
