About the Role

The Facilities Maintenance Technician provides electrical and mechanical support for assigned buildings, covering low and medium voltage power, HVAC systems and controls, mechanical troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, emergency response, general maintenance, carpentry, plumbing, and vendor management. The role requires a valid state driver's license and may involve on‑call duties for after‑hours emergencies. General interior maintenance tasks include hanging pictures, installing keyboard trays, repairing office furniture, painting, locksmith work, and handling tenant service requests. The technician also maintains and replaces lighting system bulbs and ballasts, cleans HVAC coils, changes filters and belts, and performs minor plumbing repairs.
