About the Role
The role involves cross‑functional collaboration with engineering, manufacturing, and tooling teams, participation in capital improvement initiatives, occasional domestic and international travel, and continuous professional development through training and audits. • Develop innovative balancing solutions for complex components, sub‑assemblies, and engine assemblies with Engineering Design. • Define tooling, fixtures, and machines required for balancing operations in partnership with tool designers and external vendors. • Create manufacturing methods for incorporation into Assembly Instructions alongside Manufacturing Engineers. • Participate in capital improvement projects to procure new equipment and tooling. • Conduct product verification audits and enhance technical skills through internal and external training.

What You Bring
Candidates must hold an engineering degree (Bachelor’s with 5+ years or Master’s with 3+ years experience), be U.S. citizens, and demonstrate strong communication, leadership, and balancing‑technique expertise. • Travel domestically and internationally approximately 10% of the time. • Bachelor’s degree in engineering with 5+ years (or Master’s with 3+ years) experience in dynamics, design, or manufacturing. • U.S. citizenship required. • Strong written communication and presentation abilities. • Demonstrated team leadership skills. • Theoretical and practical knowledge of static and dynamic balancing techniques. • Experience with aerospace component design, PFMEA, PLM/NX, solid modeling, and Schenk balancing equipment.
