About the Role
The laborer assists with manufacturing activities, handling material loading, unloading, storage preparation, and equipment operation. The role also supports workplace cleanliness, safety programs, and other assigned duties, with reasonable accommodations provided for individuals with disabilities. • Apply endplates manually or with a machine • Operate banding equipment • Assist in loading and unloading materials • Assist in loading and unloading charges • Prepare storage by applying stickers and dunnage • Tag materials with proper product tags • Cut dunnage • Assist in cleaning work areas, painting, and maintaining property, plant, and equipment • Participate in and contribute to the company safety program
