About the Role

The company is hiring a full‑time Fielder to support a large‑scale telecommunications project. The role involves on‑site visits, capturing detailed field notes, analyzing design requests, and ensuring projects are completed on time and to quality standards while adhering to safety policies. • Perform site visits within the assigned market. • Record legible field notes for construction drawings (aerial, buried, underground, building). • Analyze work sites and design requests to define project scope. • Deliver projects on schedule while maintaining quality standards. • Communicate concerns and updates to the OSP Designer and represent MasTec professionally to customers. • Follow all company safety practices and policies.

What You Bring

• Possess an understanding of telecom, fiber, and outside plant (preferred). • Bring relevant experience with utilities, cabling, or construction. • Demonstrate strong communication skills and above‑average penmanship for hand‑drawn notes. • Hold a high school diploma; technical school or community college coursework is a plus. • Be authorized to work in the U.S., have a clean driving record, a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation. • Adapt to changing industry trends, pursue continued education, and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
