About the Role

As a Sales Executive for CoStar Debt Solutions, you will expand strategic relationships with existing clients and high‑potential prospects in the commercial‑real‑estate lending space. You will help lenders make smarter decisions by delivering powerful data and insights, thriving in a high‑performance culture that rewards ambition, collaboration, and going the extra mile. • Identify and close new SaaS, data, and information sales opportunities for commercial‑real‑estate lenders. • Build and maintain long‑term relationships with CRE lending clients, delivering exceptional service and expansion opportunities. • Travel within assigned territory to meet clients and prospects face‑to‑face, strengthening partnerships. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and local field sales teams to align on client goals and ensure seamless execution. • Develop deep expertise in CoStar Debt Solutions and the CRE lending market to act as a trusted advisor. • Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and demos to closing, onboarding, training, and renewals—to exceed revenue targets. • Engaging communicator with a client‑focused approach.

What You Bring

The position is open to candidates eligible to work full‑time in the United States; CoStar does not provide visa sponsorship. CoStar Group is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer and maintains a drug‑free workplace with pre‑employment substance‑abuse testing. • 4–10 years of solution‑selling experience managing the full sales cycle. • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited in‑person college or university. • Proven track record of success with prior employers. • Willingness to travel regularly to client and prospect locations. • Experience selling SaaS solutions to banks and financial institutions. • Ability to navigate complex sales processes and use diagnostic selling techniques. • Proactive, curious, and capable of thriving in a fast‑paced environment. • Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving‑record check. • Strong technical and risk‑concept expertise; experience selling real‑estate data and SaaS solutions. • Experience selling enterprise software to large organizations, especially banks and lenders. • Understanding of economic and risk models and ability to discuss integrating proprietary and commercial data sets. • Familiarity with U.S. banking regulations, stress testing, and compliance reporting. • Adaptable, quick to learn evolving products.
