About the Role
• Deliver ground engineering or tunnelling projects for sectors such as energy, rail, highways, water, defence, nuclear, data centres, ports & marine. • Apply and adhere to current design codes, standards, and best practices in geotechnical, structural, or tunnel design. • Lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams, with support to achieve Chartered status.

What You Bring
The company is hiring Ground Engineering and Tunnel Engineering professionals across the UK. Candidates with backgrounds in geotechnical engineering, engineering geology, tunnelling, or structural engineering are encouraged to apply, regardless of experience level. Successful engineers will work on a diverse portfolio that includes energy, rail, highways, water, defence, nuclear, data centres, ports and marine projects. Projects are delivered from concept through to operation, requiring full‑life‑cycle engineering and construction expertise. Candidates must hold a BSc or MSc in civil, structural, geotechnical engineering or geology, and possess a proven record of delivering ground or tunnel projects. Progress toward Chartered status is supported, and applicants need a clean driving licence and willingness to travel across the UK. • Travel throughout the UK as required; maintain a clean driving licence.
