About the Role

The Client Support Coordinator – Enterprise Solutions (ATG) will support healthcare facility clients by providing first‑line technical assistance, performing data fixes, managing user access, and acting as project manager, trainer, and account manager to ensure successful use of JLL’s enterprise solutions. • Provide first‑line technical support and troubleshoot enterprise solutions for healthcare clients. • Perform SQL data fixes while ensuring data integrity and system stability. • Manage user access requests, including new accounts and renewals. • Lead project implementation, coordinating timelines and stakeholder communication. • Deliver training sessions and create documentation for facility staff. • Act as account manager, conducting quarterly outreach and resolving client issues. • Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities to expand solution adoption. • Analyze client usage patterns to recommend solution enhancements. • Support continuous improvement of client support processes and procedures.

What You Bring

• Self‑starter with strong analytical, organizational, and coordination skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication; business‑standard English required. • Proficient with MS Office; SQL experience preferred. • Adaptable to a fast‑paced, dynamic healthcare environment and capable of managing multiple accounts. • Willingness to travel occasionally for on‑site support and training. • Preferred: background in healthcare facility management or enterprise software implementation. • Preferred: knowledge of healthcare regulations and project‑management methodologies.

Benefits

This remote role, based in Chicago, IL, may require occasional travel to client sites and does not offer visa sponsorship.
