About the Role
In this role you will support all phases of utility construction on various telecom projects, ensuring work is done right and on schedule. You will lead by example, foster a company-wide safety culture, and guide multiple crews through their daily site activities. • Develop team’s skill set and knowledge of telecom construction (aerial and underground) • Lead by example and support the company-wide safety culture • Drive the team to meet deadlines and deliver quality projects • Provide high-level customer service when interfacing with customers • Direct multiple crews and their job site activities • Prioritize safety in daily work • Lead and support day-to-day needs of a construction crew • Troubleshoot field problems as they arise • Coach and mentor team members

What You Bring
The ideal candidate consistently places safety first, delivers high-quality work, and enjoys hands-on problem solving. You bring proven leadership experience, deep knowledge of telecom construction methods such as coax and fiber splicing, directional drilling, and map reading, and the ability to coach and mentor your team. • Apply strong problem-solving and hands-on approach • Work physically alongside the team • Possess telecom construction knowledge (coax splicing, fiber splicing, directional drilling, map reading) • Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn custom software • Relevant MOS codes (12H, 12N, 25W, 91X, 2549, 2591)
