About the Role
Primary responsibilities include daily grounds maintenance such as trash collection, pet waste removal, maintaining pet waste stations, and sweeping walkways. The Housekeeper will also assist with trashing vacant units and perform basic screwdriver maintenance, including replacing drip pans, removing outlet or switch covers, and cleaning interior refrigerator components. All market‑ready apartments, common areas, and amenities must be cleaned and maintained each day to meet Weidner’s quality standards. • Perform daily grounds maintenance: trash collection, pet waste removal, and walkway sweeping. • Clean vacant units and conduct basic repairs, such as replacing drip pans, removing outlet covers, and cleaning refrigerator interiors. • Ensure apartments, common areas, and amenities meet quality standards each day. • Lift up to 45 lb, climb ladders and stairs, and operate a dolly for loads up to 85 lb. • Work outdoors in all weather conditions and remain on feet for the entire shift. • Complete tasks safely, efficiently, and in a fast‑paced environment. • Adhere to company policies, Fair Housing laws, and maintain a professional appearance. • Maintain reliable personal transportation with a valid driver’s license and insurance.

What You Bring
The role is an entry‑level, full‑time Housekeeper 1 position at Tuscanee at Faudree in Odessa, TX, scheduled Monday through Friday with no travel required and categorized under maintenance. The Housekeeper is responsible for daily upkeep of community common areas, keeping the leasing office clean, and preparing homes after move‑out to ensure a quality move‑in experience. Success in this role requires effective time management, attention to detail, trustworthiness, teamwork, and strong customer service when interacting with residents, associates, and vendors. Qualifications include the ability to lift and carry up to 45 lb, climb ladders and multiple flights of stairs, and use an appliance dolly for loads up to 85 lb. The candidate must work outdoors in all weather conditions, remain on their feet for the entire shift, and complete tasks safely and efficiently in a fast‑paced environment. Strong communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and experience with Yardi or Paycom are preferred.
