About the Role
The Technical Services Manager provides strategic leadership and operational excellence for all electrical, mechanical, structural, fire and life‑safety systems within our facilities. The role drives operational efficiency, team development and client satisfaction while ensuring optimal system performance and reliability. In leadership and client relations, the manager serves as the primary technical liaison between engineering teams and data‑center clients, builds strategic relationships with cross‑functional stakeholders and leads initiatives to enhance service delivery excellence. In systems management, they develop and implement comprehensive maintenance programs, create job plans and asset‑management protocols, and oversee operations, maintenance and capital improvements for life‑safety, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, security and elevator systems. They also collaborate with reliability engineers to optimize preventive‑maintenance scheduling and CMMS efficiency, analyze equipment performance data, and develop Emergency Response Action Plans. • Act as primary technical liaison with data‑center clients • Build and maintain strategic relationships with cross‑functional stakeholders • Lead initiatives to improve client satisfaction and service delivery • Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance programs for building systems • Create detailed job plans and asset‑management protocols • Oversee operations, maintenance and capital improvements for life‑safety, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, security and elevator systems • Design preventive‑maintenance plans and system‑improvement initiatives • Collaborate with reliability engineers to optimize preventive‑maintenance scheduling and CMMS efficiency • Analyze equipment performance data and develop Emergency Response Action Plans • Manage system upgrades and enhancements for fire systems, utilities and critical infrastructure • Lead, mentor and develop engineering and maintenance staff • Oversee training programs to expand technical capabilities • Foster a collaborative environment focused on continuous improvement • Apply client‑focused mindset, analytical problem‑solving and time‑management under pressure

What You Bring
The manager leads, mentors and develops engineering and maintenance staff, oversees training programs, and fosters a collaborative environment focused on continuous improvement and professional growth. Required qualifications include 5‑8 years of facilities engineering and operations experience in mission‑critical environments, professional certification in electrical, mechanical or building‑systems engineering, strong technical knowledge of building systems, data‑centers, UPS, HVAC and experience in testing and commissioning new facilities. Business acumen, financial planning, excellent English and Arabic communication, strong presentation, project‑management and interpersonal skills, client‑focused mindset, analytical problem‑solving and effective time management under pressure are also essential. • Possess 5‑8 years facilities engineering experience in mission‑critical environments • Hold professional certification in electrical, mechanical or building‑systems engineering • Demonstrate strong knowledge of data‑center, UPS, HVAC and building systems • Experience testing and commissioning new facilities and managing Dual Loop Power programs • Exhibit business acumen with financial planning and budget management • Communicate effectively in English and Arabic with strong presentation and project‑management skills
