About the Role
The Seattle office is hiring a Project Coordinator to support project management services for clients in a high‑tech retail environment. The role involves assisting the Project Manager, maintaining governance and reporting, and ensuring clear stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle. • Support Project Manager to ensure quality standards, efficiency, and timely completion. • Establish and maintain project governance, processes, and systems. • Facilitate effective sharing and retention of key project information and data. • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and team members. • Interface with stakeholders including executive management, consultants, and vendors. • Manage flow of project information among team members and stakeholders. • Attend meetings, update and maintain issues/actions logs. • Develop detailed project plans and follow up on status items. • Contribute to monthly reporting on the client’s program. • Prepare reports for various audiences, including executive dashboards. • Assist in preparing proposals for new projects or variations. • Adhere to SOX control responsibilities where applicable. • Develop, maintain, and monitor project budgets, forecasts, and cost models. • Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and governance frameworks. • Communicate project financial health, risks, and actions to stakeholders.

What You Bring
• 3+ years experience in project coordination or administration, preferably in construction. • BA/BS in Business, Construction, Architecture, or related field (or equivalent experience). • Strong collaboration, relationship‑building, and communication skills. • Problem‑solving mindset with excellent presentation abilities. • Expert proficiency in Microsoft and Google Suite, especially Excel. • Experience with corporate interiors and tenant improvements is a plus.

Benefits
