About the Role
Regional Sales Director (Thermal) – EMEA Data Centre Solutions leads the sales strategy across EMEA, driving growth within key data centre customer accounts such as hyperscalers and colocation providers. Operating within a global POD structure, the role manages a team of technical sales specialists delivering tailored thermal solutions for complex data centre requirements. Responsibilities include developing and executing customer‑based sales strategies, identifying new market opportunities, forecasting and managing performance, and aligning with GSAM and Silent Aire leadership. The director also oversees team capability development, technical solution leadership, and consistent high‑quality customer engagement across regions, while being accountable for secured growth, profitability, demand planning, and accurate forecasting. Preferred locations are the UK, Ireland, Dubai, Germany, or Spain. • Lead EMEA Data Centre Solutions sales strategy for thermal solutions targeting hyperscalers and colocation providers. • Manage a team of technical sales specialists within a global POD structure. • Develop and execute customer‑based sales strategies, identify market opportunities, and forecast performance. • Oversee team capability development, technical solution leadership, and high‑quality customer engagement. • Ensure growth, profitability, demand planning, and accurate forecasting while maintaining strong client relationships. • Collaborate with Global Products, Operations, Service, Marketing, Finance, and Portfolio teams for solution delivery.

What You Bring
