About the Role

In this role, the Estimator will evaluate and update project scopes, analyze material usage, and coordinate with Project Managers to ensure projects proceed smoothly. They will identify issues, propose solutions, and implement cost‑effective fixes while maintaining accurate records in the company’s database. • Evaluate and update renovation project scopes provided by Project Managers. • Report anomalies, issues, and recommend solutions to senior staff. • Analyze outgoing material for accuracy and log data in the system. • Coordinate project information and preparations with Project Managers. • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to recommend improvements for ongoing projects. • Identify and implement cost-effective fixes for project issues. • Perform corrections and edits on quotes per client requests. • Build and maintain relationships with subcontractors, clients, and staff.

What You Bring

Candidates should have a College Diploma or University Degree in Project or Construction Management (preferred), strong communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency in MS Office. They must be able to multitask, meet strict deadlines, and work independently in an office setting, while building relationships with subcontractors, clients, and internal teams. • Hold a College Diploma or University Degree in Project/Construction Management (preferred). • Understand residential renovation and unit turnover processes. • Possess basic familiarity with construction materials such as plumbing, paint, and flooring. • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and technical skills. • Ability to multitask, work independently, and meet strict deadlines. • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). • Self‑motivated, disciplined team player with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
