About the Role

• Gather and verify information from subcontractors, senior managers, and project engineers, including building‑code research. • Analyze project data to select optimal solutions for issues. • Develop goals and schedules to prioritize and complete work efficiently. • Communicate project information to supervisors, crew, and stakeholders via phone, email, or written reports. • Lead and coordinate crew activities to achieve daily and long‑term objectives. • Manage labor, materials, and time to meet project milestones. • Identify hazards, inspect work progress, and enforce safety and quality standards. • Build cooperative relationships with team members, subcontractors, and clients.

What You Bring

All hires must provide proof of identity and U.S. work authorization, pass a drug screening, and undergo a commercial criminal background check, including a stricter Department of Defense clearance for access to the military base. • Minimum two years of experience supervising plumbing crews on medium or large projects. • At least four years as a journeyman plumber; government, military, or large commercial experience preferred. • High school diploma or GED required; construction management or engineering coursework preferred. • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Outlook; training available for Primavera, Oracle, BIM, Revit/Autodesk, and Bluebeam. • Hold CPR, First Aid, OSHA 30‑hour, EM‑385, and STS certifications (training provided).

Benefits

Compensation is $45.00‑52.00 per hour, dependent on experience. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, a 401(k) with company match, one week of vacation, and sick time.
