About the Role
You will oversee production planning, maintain close communication with cross‑functional teams, and ensure machines run with stable settings and minimal breakdowns. Daily productivity reports are used to monitor consistency and meet mill objectives. Quality assurance responsibilities include following KC quality guidelines, quarantining defective products, and achieving regional quality index targets. Action plans address recurring quality issues and help keep customer complaint rates low. Leading waste‑reduction and delay‑elimination initiatives, you will collaborate with process specialists to troubleshoot problems and improve line productivity. Completed projects are measured by their impact on overall productivity metrics. Ownership of center‑line data involves developing optimal machine settings, tracking them regularly, and working with process engineers to resolve any deviations. Continuous improvement of these settings supports the broader productivity program. • Implement and monitor safety protocols in line with Kimberly‑Clark standards, performing scheduled audits to maintain zero‑incident work environments. • Achieve full completion of the annual Performance Plan and Individual Development Plan, tracking progress through regular reviews. • Coordinate production schedules, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and ensure machine settings remain stable to meet daily output targets. • Capture and analyze machine control data, proactively addressing deviations to prevent unexpected breakdowns. • Enforce quality management system procedures, isolate defective items, and meet regional quality index goals. • Design and execute corrective action plans for recurring quality issues, reducing customer complaint rates. • Lead initiatives to identify and eliminate waste and delays, partnering with process engineers to boost line productivity. • Own the development and continuous improvement of center‑line data, working with engineers to refine machine settings. • Ensure compliance with internal and external quality audits, maintaining accurate documentation and audit scores.
