About the Role
The Sales Finance Manager for the IPC ANZ business reports to the CFO and partners directly with the Australian Sales Director and the broader Sales Leadership team. The role oversees financial control of trade spend, tracks sales performance against benchmarks, and contributes to short‑ to mid‑term strategic planning. In this position you will lead monthly forecasting, evaluate promotional activities, develop joint business plans with customers, and provide timely financial insights to senior leaders. You will also coach sales managers on financial principles and continuously improve finance processes. • Partner with the ANZ Sales Director to provide decision support and build strong relationships with the Australian customer team. • Deliver robust monthly sales IBP forecasts that reflect current and emerging business impacts. • Review and challenge monthly customer forecasts during pre‑demand and demand review meetings. • Communicate the drivers of movement in the Australian net sales forecast each month. • Identify and develop incremental forecast opportunities with the sales team. • Conduct month‑end trade spend control processes to ensure accurate recording. • Develop customer‑specific annual business plans and joint business plans with external customers. • Perform pre‑ and post‑promotional evaluations and analyse promotional outcomes. • Monitor monthly sales results and provide the CFO with weekly updates on projections versus targets. • Track monthly trade spend against targets and ensure correct accrual bookings at month‑end. • Support finance functions with ad‑hoc analysis for business projects. • Prepare ad‑hoc analysis to aid sales leadership decision‑making. • Continuously challenge and improve existing business and finance processes. • Provide finance training for sales managers to build financial capability and profitability understanding.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate holds an accounting or finance degree, is CA or CPA qualified, and brings senior commercial experience, preferably within FMCG. Strong analytical, decision‑making and influencing abilities, high ethical standards and a passion for people development are essential. • Hold a degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration and be CA or CPA qualified. • Possess senior commercial experience, preferably in FMCG, with strong analytical and influencing skills. • Demonstrate high ethical standards, energy, forward‑thinking creativity, and a passion for people development.
