About the Role
The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for comprehensive project execution, overseeing procurement, subcontract administration, scheduling, and closeout while ensuring compliance with corporate policies. They will maintain productive relationships with clients, architects/engineers, and subcontractors, and direct on-site teams to meet schedule and budget targets. Financial stewardship of prime and subcontracts, including invoicing and payments, is also a key responsibility. • Lead comprehensive project execution and delivery. • Plan, organize, and staff field positions with department heads. • Administer prime contract tasks—including procurement, subcontract management, scheduling, and closeout. • Establish project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards within corporate guidelines. • Manage document control for design submittals, RFIs, shop drawings, and change orders. • Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, architects/engineers, and subcontractors. • Direct on‑site superintendent to monitor schedule and budget, addressing impacts promptly. • Oversee financial aspects of prime and subcontracts, including invoicing, payments, and modifications. • Ensure subcontractor productivity, efficient material and equipment use, and overall schedule adherence. • Manage three or more construction projects valued at $30 M+ each. • Apply innovative management techniques to maximize team performance.

What You Bring
Candidates must have a four-year engineering degree or equivalent, at least ten years of construction management experience, and a track record of managing three or more projects valued at $30 M or more. Strong communication skills, proficiency with industry software, and an ability to implement innovative management techniques are required. Experience with federal government clients, complex logistics, and relevant certifications such as PE, EIT, or PMP are preferred, and relocation to Arizona or Texas is required. • Hold a four‑year engineering degree (or equivalent) and 10+ years of construction management experience. • Demonstrate strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. • Be proficient with Word, Excel, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Prolog or similar software. • Possess thorough knowledge of corporate and industry standards affecting project activities. • Prefer experience with federal government clients and complex site logistics. • Hold relevant licenses or certifications such as PE, EIT, PMP (a plus). • Willingness to relocate to project locations in Arizona or Texas.
