About the Role

• Complete preliminary and detailed designs for freeways, urban and rural roads, interchanges, and intersections for MTO and municipalities. • Prepare technical reports, design drawings, quantities, and contract documents. • Interact with clients, approval agencies, utility companies, contractors, and other stakeholders. • Provide support and oversight to junior staff on transportation projects. • Contribute technical expertise to business development, including RFP responses and proposals. • Maintain and develop strong client relationships; travel to other Dillon offices as needed.

What You Bring

As a thought leader, trusted advisor, and problem solver who thrives in a fast‑paced, agile environment, you will excel with excellent communication skills and business acumen. • Hold a diploma in civil engineering technology and be certified (CET) or eligible within six months. • Minimum five years of consulting experience with expertise in municipal and provincial transportation design. • Proficient in highway design software such as InRoads and Civil3D.
