About the Role
The role supports project management commissions and end‑to‑end service delivery, ensuring projects meet time, cost, quality and safety objectives throughout their life cycle, from conception to post‑project review. The successful candidate will assist in planning, governance, change control, reporting and knowledge management, while liaising with clients and internal teams. • Ensure client objectives are met while delivering projects on time, within budget and to quality standards. • Help define success criteria covering time, cost, technical and performance parameters. • Flag quality, safety, health and environmental issues to the appropriate line manager. • Establish effective project governance, processes and systems. • Assist in creating detailed project plans. • Support the change control process. • Facilitate information flow between the project team and the client via meetings and written communications. • Prepare formal progress reports and other project documentation. • Capture key learn‑outs into Turner & Townsend’s internal knowledge database. • Manage financial aspects, including prompt client invoicing and monitoring project finances through FMS. • Identify and recommend internal process improvements.

What You Bring
• Understand the full project life cycle from conception through to post‑project review. • Professionally qualified in construction, project management, engineering, surveying, architecture or IT. • Working towards AIPM certification. • Experience in a client‑focused environment, preferably on Australian projects in healthcare or education. • Strong working knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
