About the Role

The senior role will guide the expansion of alternative‑fuel and raw‑material use to meet the company’s CO₂ reduction roadmap. It involves creating and rolling out sourcing, treatment and delivery frameworks in partnership with both internal teams and external stakeholders, while evaluating economical supply‑chain options and waste‑to‑energy solutions. • Define vision and strategies to increase alternative‑fuel and raw‑material usage aligned with CO₂ targets. • Design and implement sourcing, treatment, and delivery plans with internal and external partners. • Assess cost‑effective supply chains and evaluate waste‑to‑energy options. • Cultivate relationships with vendors, contractors, supply‑chain actors, and regulatory agencies. • Manage permitting, market development, and contracting in coordination with Procurement. • Participate in training, development, and global career‑growth opportunities.

What You Bring

Success in this position requires a bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline and at least five years of experience managing alternative fuels or recycling programs. Candidates must possess deep knowledge of cement processes, environmental regulations, techno‑economic analyses, and have strong communication, negotiation and leadership capabilities. The position operates in a fast‑paced industrial environment, collaborating with multiple internal groups and external partners, and includes frequent travel. Adaptability and proactive engagement are essential as the role navigates permitting, market development and contract management. • Hold a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Economics, Business or a related field. • Provide at least five years of experience in alternative fuels or recycling management. • Demonstrate expertise in sourcing, techno‑economic evaluation, cement processes, and environmental regulations. • Exhibit strong communication, negotiation, leadership, and team‑building skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of handling multiple projects with frequent travel.
