About the Role

• Direct the Transportation Design Group to align with organizational goals. • Lead hiring, training, and professional development of engineers and staff. • Oversee planning, execution, and closeout of roadway design and construction projects. • Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and codes for roadway engineering. • Develop and maintain client and stakeholder relationships. • Manage budgeting, cost estimation, resource allocation, and financial reporting. • Implement best practices and continuous improvement in engineering processes. • Provide technical guidance on complex engineering issues.

What You Bring

Candidates must have at least 12 years of engineering experience, preferably 15+ years, with a strong background in transportation design, a New Jersey Professional Engineer license, and proven supervisory experience of a highway group. Familiarity with NJDOT, NJTA, and other New Jersey transportation agencies and active participation in local professional groups are required. • Geospatial Technology
