About the Role
A Laborer ensures safe and efficient execution of general labor duties at hauling, transfer, recycling, or landfill sites, supporting daily operations through a variety of tasks. • Clean work areas and perform yard tasks such as mowing and paper pick‑up. • Fuel vehicles and equipment; clean track‑on‑track and related machinery. • Operate site vehicles and equipment (water trucks, pickups, sweepers, mowers, trimming gear). • Perform general office maintenance, repairs, painting, and janitorial work. • Install temporary wind fences as required. • Direct site traffic when needed. • Use health care and dependent care spending accounts. • Participate in Employee and Family Assistance Program (EAP). • Take part in an Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP).
