About the Role
The role manages day‑to‑day land surveying operations, handling client communications, preparing project proposals and invoices, overseeing two or more survey crews, and driving new business development across Colliers’ diverse service lines such as 3D high‑definition laser scanning, mobile LiDAR mapping, rail surveying, GPS, and conventional surveys. • Manage daily land surveying operations, including client communication, proposal preparation, and invoicing. • Oversee two or more survey crews to ensure project execution. • Develop new business leveraging existing clients across services such as 3D HD laser scanning, mobile LiDAR, rail surveying, GPS, and conventional surveys. • Generate revenue through existing client relationships and new business development.

What You Bring
Colliers Engineering & Design is seeking a Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) with private market experience and DOT/private project background. Join the Survey/Geospatial team, which offers a full range of survey and geospatial data and mapping services that collect data faster, safer, and more accurately from air, ground, and subsurface to provide precision interpretation and accelerate success. Preferred qualifications include a Florida State Professional Land Surveyor license and 10+ years of experience in all areas of the job description, with a proven ability to generate revenue from existing clients and new business development, as well as strong English reading, writing, and verbal communication skills. • Hold a Florida State Professional Land Surveyor license (preferred) and possess 10+ years of relevant experience. • Communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal.
