About the Role
The Community Leasing Manager oversees all leasing and marketing activities for assigned sites, handling lease administration, marketing plan creation, daily leasing office operations, and supervision of leasing staff. This on‑site role requires flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and occasional physical labor such as lifting up to 50 lb. • Lead and supervise leasing staff to achieve optimal performance • Create and implement marketing plans and coordinate events • Ensure timely completion of leasing and marketing reports • Maintain compliance with company policies and legal requirements • Uphold brand standards and present the property exceptionally • Collaborate with Property Manager on special projects and HR tasks • Provide on‑site availability, including evenings, weekends, and move‑out/in assistance • Lift and move objects up to 50 lb regularly

What You Bring
Ideal candidates have at least a high school diploma, two years of property‑management experience, and demonstrated leadership skills. Proficiency with office productivity tools, Windows and Apple systems, social‑media marketing, Canva, and property‑management software like Entrata is preferred, especially in a student‑housing context. • High school diploma required; college degree preferred • Minimum two years of property management or related experience • Demonstrated leadership and team development abilities • Proficiency with Office suite, Windows, and Apple operating systems • Experience leasing in student housing • Strong social‑media marketing background • Proficient in Canva or similar design tools • Experience with Entrata or comparable property‑management software
