About the Role
The entry‑level Sales Representative will conduct direct, in‑person outreach to homeowners, introduce our remodeling services and special offers, schedule free in‑home demonstrations, and represent one of the industry’s highest‑rated brands, while using the position as a pathway to a sales or management career. • Engage homeowners through direct, in‑person outreach. • Introduce remodeling services and special offers via friendly conversation. • Schedule free in‑home product demonstrations (no selling required). • Use the role as a stepping stone to management or advanced sales positions. • Work a consistent Monday‑Friday schedule. • Stand and walk for 6–8 hours daily. • Work outdoors in varying weather conditions. • Perform standing, stooping, bending, and reaching during canvassing.

What You Bring
No prior experience is required, though sales experience is a plus, and we provide full training. Ideal candidates are self‑motivated, outgoing, and able to work afternoon and evening shifts (10 am‑6 pm), eager to grow their careers and learn sales and marketing strategies. The role requires standing and walking for 6‑8 hours daily, working outdoors in varied weather, and the ability to stoop, bend, and reach during canvassing activities. • Prior sales experience is a plus. • Self‑motivated individuals who give effort proportional to input. • Available to work afternoons and evenings (10 am‑6 pm shifts). • Outgoing, well‑spoken individuals who thrive on human interaction.
