About the Role
Property Managers work independently at multiple locations, both indoors and outdoors, assessing customers’ storage needs, recommending and selling packing and moving supplies, performing daily unit inspections, auditing cash drawers, making bank deposits, and handling payment reminders and collection calls. • Assess customer storage needs and sell packing and moving supplies. • Conduct daily unit inspections and maintain inventory readiness. • Audit cash drawers, make bank deposits, and manage payment reminders and collections. • Lift/move items up to 35 lb and spend up to 50 % of time outdoors, including climbing stairs and opening large doors. • Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and exterior curb‑appeal upkeep.

What You Bring
Physical requirements include the ability to lift or move items up to 35 lb, walking around facilities for up to 50 % of the time, climbing stairs, opening large doors, and performing cleaning and maintenance tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and maintaining exterior curb appeal. Candidates should have experience in customer‑service‑oriented sales environments such as retail or food service, a valid driver’s license, and their own vehicle for traveling between sites (mileage reimbursement provided). • Require a valid driver’s license and personal vehicle for site travel.
