About the Role

As an entry‑level engineer you will support our engineering teams on inspiring, demanding, and highly collaborative designs, learning from senior staff while contributing to innovative solutions and client satisfaction. You will share responsibility for delivering complete and accurate work and will participate in the Engineering Development Program (EDT) training sessions. Key duties include creating basic designs, organizing drawings according to company standards, and performing CAD/BIM drafting. You will also coordinate with other trades, support system design for new installations and retrofits, ensure completeness and timeliness of assignments, assist with field investigations, and attend EDT training and seminars. • Create basic designs under senior guidance • Organize drawings following company standards • Perform CAD/BIM drafting for various project sizes • Coordinate designs with architectural and engineering trades • Support system design for new installations, retrofits, and upgrades • Ensure completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of assignments • Assist engineers with field investigations and site visits • Participate in Engineering Development Program (EDT) training sessions • Attend continuing education seminars on technical and professional topics

What You Bring

The ideal candidate thrives in a team environment, can work independently when needed, and is eager to learn. A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (graduating Winter 2025 – Summer 2026) is required, and previous engineering internship experience is a plus. Proficiency with the latest MEP AutoCAD, Revit (a plus), design and calculation software, and the MS Office Suite is expected. Holding an FE or EIT certification is preferred. • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (graduating Winter 2025 – Summer 2026) • Prior engineering internship experience (preferred) • Proficiency with latest MEP AutoCAD; Revit experience a plus • Skilled in design/calculation software and MS Office Suite • FE or EIT certification preferred
