About the Role

The Senior Technical Professional is responsible for developing design, specification, selection and services related to process equipment, including pressure vessels, spheres, storage tanks, process columns, column internals, reactors, scrubbers, unfired heat‑transfer equipment, electric heaters, silos, bins, mounded vessels, pig launchers and receivers. The role operates independently with minimal guidance and may lead a functional area on a small project or a segment of a larger project. Key duties include FEED and EPC/EPCM activities such as preparing material requisitions, technical specifications, mechanical data sheets, reviewing supplier offers, evaluating technical bids, and assessing vendor documents while coordinating with interdisciplinary teams. The engineer must work in line with project schedules without compromising quality, demonstrate strong oral and written communication, and resolve team conflicts. Experience with process equipment in shop or field environments is a plus. • Design and specify process equipment (e.g., pressure vessels, storage tanks, columns, reactors) using ASME, API, and other codes. • Lead FEED and EPC/EPCM tasks, including material requisition, technical specifications, mechanical data sheets, and supplier offer review. • Evaluate technical bids, review vendor documents, and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams while meeting project schedules. • Utilize design software such as DISASU, PVElite, COMPRESS for vessels and AMETANK for storage tanks. • Apply NACE compliance, wind and seismic analysis, and manage re‑rating, repair, and re‑qualification of fabricated equipment. • Act as Responsible Engineer and provide functional leadership on small projects or project segments.
