About the Role

Key responsibilities include designing and developing high‑quality, secure, and performant features, providing leadership in breaking down, estimating, and organizing work for efficient project execution, and actively participating in agile ceremonies. The engineer will collaborate with product managers and development teams to clarify requirements, troubleshoot code‑level issues, and be available on a rotational basis for after‑hours incident response. Additionally, they will guide best practices, manage design risks, and mentor junior developers. • Build resilient, scalable, highly available full‑stack applications for the Connected Delivery platform. • Design, develop, and optimize secure, high‑performance features. • Lead project planning, estimation, and agile sprint execution. • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to refine requirements. • Diagnose and resolve code issues promptly; provide on‑call incident response. • Mentor junior developers and champion software development best practices.

The role focuses on building a resilient, scalable, and highly available full‑stack application, and the ideal candidate has led teams developing modern web experiences with cloud services in a fast‑paced, agile environment. Minimum qualifications require a Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical field (master’s preferred) and over five years of experience building scalable, distributed applications. Candidates must have strong proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, Node.js, and React, extensive experience with frameworks such as Next.js, Nest.js, and .NET, and a proven track record designing RESTful APIs using micro‑services architecture. Expertise in cloud‑based API platforms, AWS, databases, and overall cloud architecture is essential. • 5+ years experience with TypeScript, JavaScript, Node.js, React, Next.js, Nest.js, and .NET. • Proven ability to design RESTful APIs using micro‑services architecture. • Strong expertise in AWS, cloud architecture, and database solutions. • Bachelor’s (or master’s) degree in Computer Science or a related field.
