About the Role

• Perform structural wood and steel framing, as well as siding, window, and door installation. • Prepare and install hardware, and conduct site cleanup and protection. • Coordinate work task deadlines with the superintendent or foreman and support subcontractors as directed. • Collaborate effectively with team members and report unsafe practices to leadership. • Use both basic and specialty tools, including laying out and setting concrete forms. • Read and interpret architectural drawings and estimate small material needs. • Participate in a 401(k) plan with employer profit‑sharing contributions.
