About the Role

The EHS Supervisor ensures environmental, health, safety, and quality compliance at the assigned facility. Responsibilities include conducting inspections, audits and training, managing permits, implementing policies, investigating incidents, guiding supervisors and staff on safety matters, maintaining accurate reporting, and occasionally traveling for training. The role may also support additional plant operations and contributes to the company-wide safety program; reasonable accommodations are available for individuals with disabilities. • Conduct EHS/QA facility inspections • Perform EHS/QA facility audits • Deliver EHS/QA facility training • Manage EHS permit applications • Implement EHS/QA policies, programs, and procedures • Investigate accidents and incidents as needed • Provide safety and environmental guidance to supervisors and plant employees • Maintain accurate and timely EHS reporting and recordkeeping • Travel occasionally to EHS training events • Participate in and contribute to the company safety program
