About the Role

The Onsite Operations Manager drives project execution for one or more simultaneous jobs, overseeing revenue, profit and loss, employee supervision, facilities, equipment, and dispatch functions. This role empowers the manager to ensure projects are completed on time and meet financial targets. • Lead execution of multiple simultaneous projects, managing revenue, P&L, staff, facilities, equipment, and dispatch. • Ensure projects meet schedule and financial objectives. • Apply strong project‑management skills to coordinate resources and timelines. • Perform physical tasks including bending, squatting, reaching, and lifting 25 lb+, indoors and outdoors. • Travel to job sites as required. • Uphold Sunbelt’s commitment to safety and inclusive workplace practices. • Participate in tuition reimbursement, employee assistance program, and length‑of‑service awards.

What You Bring

Successful candidates typically hold a bachelor’s degree or comparable experience and bring at least three years in the rental equipment or construction sectors. Required capabilities include mechanical aptitude, proficiency with MS Office, Outlook, internet/intranet tools, and the Wynne system, as well as proven project‑management skills. The position demands physical activity such as bending, squatting, reaching, and lifting 25 lb or more, both indoors and outdoors, and may require travel to job sites as needed. • Hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; minimum 3 years in rental equipment or construction. • Demonstrate mechanical aptitude and proficiency with MS Office, Outlook, internet/intranet tools, and the Wynne system.
