About the Role

The role is a senior Strategic HR Business Partner (HRBP) for the UK&I Global Business Line Leadership Team. Reporting to senior leadership, the HRBP will translate business strategy into people strategy, act as a trusted advisor, and ensure HR initiatives deliver measurable business value. Key responsibilities include providing data‑driven insights to influence decisions, coaching HR managers and senior leaders, leading talent reviews, succession planning and performance management, partnering with the Reward CoE on annual reward processes, and acting as the conduit between the business and all HR Centres of Expertise. The HRBP will also lead strategic conversations that focus on high‑ROI people initiatives, drive cross‑business and cross‑country HR projects, and support the evolution of HR from transactional delivery to strategic change leadership. • Serve as trusted advisor and thought partner to UK&I leadership. • Provide data‑driven insights to shape people‑focused business decisions. • Coach and develop regional HR managers and senior leaders. • Lead talent reviews, succession planning, and performance management cycles. • Partner with Reward CoE to execute annual reward processes aligned with performance. • Connect business needs with HR Centres of Expertise (Talent, Reward, ER, Recruitment). • Drive strategic HR conversations targeting high‑ROI initiatives. • Identify and lead cross‑business or cross‑country HR projects for scalable impact. • Promote a problem‑solving mindset and structured project management within HR. • Enable HR shift from transactional delivery to strategic change leadership.

What You Bring

Ideal candidates have proven HR Business Partner experience in a complex global matrix organization, a strong track record of coaching senior leaders, and the ability to leverage HR CoE expertise, data and analytics to solve business challenges. Experience delivering talent management, succession planning, performance and reward processes, as well as leading cross‑functional, cross‑country HR projects, is required. • Proven HRBP experience in a global matrix organization supporting senior leadership. • Demonstrated success collaborating with HR CoEs and using analytics for impact. • Strong coaching, influencing and culture‑transformation capabilities. • Experience delivering talent, succession, performance and reward processes with ROI focus.
