About the Role
You will support the management of CMT projects by reviewing daily reports, collaborating with project teams, resolving technical and administrative issues, and training field staff. Budget oversight includes managing project budgets, preparing invoices and pay applications, and assisting with collection efforts. You will prepare and review proposals and change orders, prioritize tasks based on deadlines, and host or attend project meetings with clients while following up on reports. Additionally, you will mentor junior project managers, collaborate on staffing decisions, and actively market our services to establish and maintain client relationships. • Oversee CMT projects from proposal to final invoice. • Review daily reports and resolve technical/administrative issues. • Manage project budgets, prepare invoices and assist collection. • Prepare and review proposals, change orders, and prioritize tasks. • Host or attend client project meetings and follow up on reports. • Train and mentor field staff and junior project managers. • Collaborate with managers and recruiters on staffing decisions. • Market services and build/maintain client relationships. • Maintain PE or PG professional licensure.

What You Bring
Required qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering and Management, Materials Science Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or Geology, along with a minimum of five years of relevant experience. Professional licensure as a Professional Engineer (PE) or Professional Geologist (PG) is required, as well as a valid driver’s license and insurance for company travel. Strong marketing, communication, safety knowledge, CMT expertise, and leadership skills are essential. • Hold a BS in Civil, Construction, Materials Science, Architectural Engineering, or Geology. • Possess at least five years of relevant experience. • Hold a valid driver’s license and insurance for company travel. • Demonstrate strong marketing, communication, safety, CMT, and leadership skills.
