About the Role

In this role you will be responsible for ensuring compliance across tenanted properties in Newcastle, carrying out regular inspections and recording results in line with company procedures. • Conduct approximately 20 tenanted property compliance checks daily across Newcastle. • Perform monthly fire alarm, smoke alarm, emergency lighting, and Legionella water hygiene tests in occupied properties. • Record results accurately using handheld systems or required documentation.

What You Bring

We are looking for individuals with prior experience in property compliance, a full UK driving licence and strong communication skills, who are reliable and hardworking. • Possess a full UK driving licence, be over 21, have held the licence for at least three months and have fewer than nine penalty points. • Demonstrate trustworthy, hardworking attitude and excellent communication with tenants and colleagues.

Benefits

The position is a full‑time, permanent Compliance Technician based in Newcastle, offering a salary of up to £30,510.38 per annum. Working hours are 42.5 per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am‑5:00 pm, and the role includes a company van, fuel card and uniform.
