The role supports Commission Managers by taking responsibility for allocated measurement tasks and delivering excellent client service. It ensures client objectives are met through effective cost management from pre‑contract through construction completion. • Support Commission Managers by handling allocated measurement tasks on pre‑contract estimating and post‑contract site projects. • Deliver cost management services that meet client objectives from pre‑contract through construction completion. • Provide excellent service to build client trust and enhance firm reputation.

What You Bring
We are recruiting Cost Managers with measurement experience to support commission leads on a variety of projects, both in pre‑contract estimating and post‑contract on‑site phases. The projects can be complex, large‑scale and high‑value. • Hold a degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent and demonstrate strong measurement skills for building and civil works. • Possess at least 5 years of relevant experience and solid construction industry knowledge. • Professional membership such as MRICS is advantageous. • Proficiency in CostX; BIM experience is a plus.
