About the Role
The Regional Manager is a senior, salaried, exempt position at ATI that reports to the Regional Director/Regional Vice President • Operations. This role oversees the overall operations of assigned ATI offices, including sales, finances, administration, and the collection of accounts receivable balances. In addition to managing profit and loss for the offices, the Regional Manager directly supervises Office Project Directors, Project Managers, and administrative staff, ensuring consistent performance and adherence to company standards. • Oversee overall office management, including regional expansion, project and staff management, marketing, sales, and finances • Manage profit and loss responsibilities for assigned offices • Maintain and exceed target Days Sales Outstanding for office accounts receivable • Establish and monitor payment schedules for all jobs, especially large loss projects • Track and monitor Project Directors' accounts receivable status • Mitigate aging A/R risks and collaborate with Collections and Legal departments • Develop and promote the ATI brand within the office • Ensure quality construction, environmental, and restoration standards on all projects • Build and maintain relationships with insurance companies, hospitals, property managers, and general contractors • Ensure compliance with all applicable safety regulations • Hire and develop office staff • Participate in industry associations and attend local/regional events regularly • Plan proactively to prevent problems and resolve emerging risks • Exercise independent judgement and act autonomously • Provide strong leadership and human resources management

What You Bring
• Hold a bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field • Have at least 5 years of management experience, preferably overseeing multiple sites • Experience working with insurance adjusters is preferred • Familiarity with construction management processes is a plus • IICRC certifications (e.g., WRT, ASD, CDS, OCT, FSRT) are a plus • Current General Contractor License preferred or ability to obtain one shortly after hire • Demonstrate strong communication and relationship skills • Exhibit solid business acumen and ability to interpret financial statements • Exhibit excellent time, project, and multi‑tasking skills • Perform well under pressure
