Customer Service - Self Storage Manager

About the Role

• Independently manage multiple storage locations, assessing customer needs and recommending unit sizes and moving supplies. • Conduct daily inspections of storage units, audit cash drawers, and perform bank deposits. • Make payment reminder and collection calls to keep customer accounts current. • Transport items up to 35 lb, walk around facilities, climb stairs, open large doors, and perform cleaning and maintenance of interiors and exterior grounds. • Provide excellent customer service drawing on experience from retail, restaurant, fast‑food, or other service‑based roles.
