About the Role
The Truck Driver role is an entry‑level position focused on construction, maintenance, and repair of electrical transmission systems. Work is performed at various sites and may require travel to other states based on customer demand. The position requires strict adherence to safety procedures while handling energized and de‑energized high‑voltage equipment, and includes responsibility for maintaining company vehicles, tools, and equipment in good working order. • Perform new construction, maintenance, and repair of energized and de‑energized transmission systems safely. • String overhead wire and set poles and anchors. • Assist with installing transformers, lightning arrestors, cutouts, crossarms, insulators, switches, and switchgear. • Replace transformer fuses and clear faulted circuits. • Maintain company vehicles, equipment, and hand tools. • Follow all related tasks required to complete jobs.

What You Bring
Physical demands include regular standing, walking, lifting over 50 lb, working in inclement weather, at heights or in confined spaces, and exposure to noise, fumes, vibration, and moving mechanical parts. Employees must follow safety rules, wear appropriate PPE, and may be required to work overtime, weekends, or holidays. • Ability to perform rigorous physical labor and lift more than 50 lb. • Valid Commercial Driver’s License and proficiency with company radio and heavy equipment. • Knowledge of basic rigging, hand lines, lineman knots, and hand‑tool maintenance. • Identify primary and secondary voltage, understand induced voltage and minimum approach distances. • Capable of working at heights, confined spaces, and performing basic bucket rescue/escape. • Familiarity with flag/tag procedures, grounding concepts, and PPE inspection. • Willingness to travel long distances on short notice and work overtime, weekends, or holidays. • Self‑motivated, team‑oriented, and customer‑focused mindset.
