About the Role

In this senior role the engineer provides overall project leadership, delivering technical oversight, guiding the engineering team, and ensuring financial and schedule performance. The position also defines design standards, administers construction documentation, and manages client contracts and communications. • Provide periodic employee evaluations • Serve as Engineer of Record on dedicated projects • Support technical training and staff mentoring with the Technical Manager and Chief Engineer • Coordinate and assign system design and project engineering tasks to the team • Establish project design standards, specifications, and criteria • Lead and supervise staff in task execution • Manage construction administration including field reports, RFIs, bulletins, and addenda • Prepare monthly invoices, monitor accounts receivable, and liaise with clients for payment • Oversee correspondence among staff, clients, contractors, and owners • Contribute to the firmwide Expert Teams committee • Participate in budgeting, scheduling, and staff management • Develop proposals and administer project contracts and service agreements • Supervise coordination meetings • Direct preparation of system option analyses and building condition reports

What You Bring

The ideal candidate holds a professional engineering license, a strong background in healthcare and critical‑facility design, and extensive consulting experience. A degree in electrical engineering, senior‑level MEP expertise, supervisory experience, and advanced CAD/REVIT skills are essential. • Healthcare design experience • Experience with critical facilities, commercial, or aviation projects • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution • Minimum 12 years consulting MEP engineering experience • At least 3 years supervisory experience • Hands‑on design and CAD/REVIT proficiency
