About the Role
Daily duties involve inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing electrical, hydraulic, suspension, brake, and air systems on a variety of diesel and CNG trucks, estimating time and material costs, adhering to Standard Labor Repair Times, responding to emergency breakdown calls, conducting safety checks, completing required paperwork, and assisting senior mechanics on projects while maintaining a clean, OSHA‑compliant work area. • Inspect, diagnose, and repair electrical, hydraulic, suspension, brake, and air systems • Estimate time and material costs; follow Standard Labor Repair Times • Respond to emergency breakdown service calls • Perform vehicle safety checks and complete repair documentation • Assist senior mechanics on project work and handle inspection reports • Maintain a clean, OSHA‑compliant work environment
