About the Role
The role’s purpose is to carry out startup, inspection, and repair of DX, VRF, and package units, understand system setups, and coordinate with senior technicians and the site team while following The Carrier Way daily activities. • Execute daily job schedules received from the Service Supervisor. • Independently start up, inspect, and repair VRF, DX, and package units. • Report safety concerns, system issues, and spare‑part needs to the Supervisor. • Attend EH&S trainings and adhere to safety guidelines. • Use correct tools and PPE, conduct site inspections, and maintain housekeeping after work.

What You Bring
• Hold a technical diploma or equivalent in HVAC. • Possess 2–5 years of VRF system experience. • Communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal.
