About the Role
The Facility Executive – Soft Services – Work Dynamics role focuses on safety and comfort in the workplace. You will plan and execute all preparations needed for meetings, conferences, and VIP visits, while also overseeing the mailroom, front office, and housekeeping functions. You must be mobile and able to perform daily front‑office and lobby check‑ins to maintain high standards, quickly resolve any mix‑ups or jams, and contribute ideas to improve facility performance. The role also involves reviewing vendor services and coordinating their resolution of any service issues. • Ensure a safe and comfortable work environment for staff and visitors. • Plan and execute preparations for client meetings, conferences, and VIP visits. • Oversee mailroom, front office, and housekeeping operations. • Conduct daily front‑office and lobby inspections, addressing issues promptly. • Coordinate with vendors to review services and resolve service problems. • Work on‑site in Visakhapatnam, AP with a 48‑hour weekly schedule.

What You Bring
Applicants should hold a graduate degree in any discipline and have 5–7 years of facilities management experience, with tertiary qualifications in hotel or building management considered an advantage.
