About the Role

Technicians perform work in the safest and most effective manner to minimize downtime, often handling both hydraulic and electrical systems. What You Bring
Applicants need at least a high school diploma or GED, with trade‑school training considered an asset. Five or more years of experience servicing diesel, heavy, or specialty equipment (large‑scale generators, pumps, HVAC, oil & gas) is strongly preferred. Candidates must possess advanced knowledge of hydraulic and electrical troubleshooting, and be physically capable of bending, squatting, lifting 50 lb or more, and working indoors or outdoors as required. • Build skills on various makes, models, and equipment. • Minimum education: high school diploma/GED; trade school training desired. • 5+ years of technician experience with diesel, heavy, or specialty equipment (generators, pumps, HVAC, oil & gas) preferred. • May need to provide personal tools of the trade. • Advanced knowledge of hydraulic systems and troubleshooting. • Advanced knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting. • Physical ability to bend, squat, crouch, reach, lift 50+ lbs, and work indoor/outdoor as required. • Related experience may include shop mechanic, service foreman, diesel technician, hydraulic technician, ASE/IFPS certified, etc.
