About the Role
The analyst will ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year‑end close, focusing on RTR processes for aerospace sites, and will provide financial partnership and guidance to plant personnel across functions. Responsibility includes implementing and maintaining internal controls, ensuring compliance with Sarbanes‑Oxley and other statutory requirements, and safeguarding plant assets in line with corporate policies. The role promotes a quality culture by leveraging tools such as BPI and EBE, driving automation, and continuously improving processes. Regular review and governance of controls ensures alignment with globally defined SSC standards. A strong customer focus is required, developing customer‑facing KPIs, holding periodic performance meetings, and managing service delivery, service level agreements, documentation, and audit trails. • Drive month‑end, quarter‑end and year‑end closing cycles, emphasizing RTR for aerospace operations. • Act as financial liaison to plant teams, delivering expertise and cross‑functional support. • Establish and monitor internal controls to satisfy Sarbanes‑Oxley and statutory compliance. • Champion process automation and quality improvements using BPI, EBE and related tools. • Align local controls with global SSC standards through regular governance reviews. • Partner with accounting leadership and stakeholders to resolve issues and meet deadlines. • Define and track customer‑oriented KPIs, overseeing service level management and documentation. • Ensure robust service delivery, maintaining audit trails and compliance records.

What You Bring
Candidates should hold an accounting degree such as CA, MBA‑Finance, or B.Com (Accounting) and possess the required experience. The role demands end‑to‑end knowledge of GL/FA and a solid understanding of OTC and PTP processes. Proficiency with MS Excel and reporting tools is essential, as is strong experience with Oracle R12, MFGPro (ERP), and business intelligence platforms including Hyperion, OBIEE, ENCORE, RADAR, and DFT. We require 6‑8 years of accounting experience in a multinational manufacturing environment, excellent analytical, written and oral communication skills, and the ability to adapt to varying cultures. • Hold an accounting qualification (CA, MBA‑Finance, or B.Com) with 6‑8 years in multinational manufacturing accounting. • Master GL/FA, OTC and PTP workflows; skilled in Oracle R12, MFGPro, Excel and BI suites (Hyperion, OBIEE, ENCORE, RADAR, DFT).
