About the Role
As a Resident Involvement Officer you will lead the promotion of Clarion’s Resident Involvement (RI) strategy at a regional level, supporting residents to engage with the organisation’s involvement offer and a menu of opportunities. You will evidence, coordinate, facilitate and deliver exceptional RI activities both regionally and nationally, including resident‑led scrutiny of services. You will act as a consultant to local teams on how RI is delivered, providing training and motivation where needed, and you will conduct consultations with residents, reporting on engagement, feedback and outcomes in line with regulation. • Promote and implement the Resident Involvement (RI) strategy across North London. • Coordinate, facilitate and deliver RI activities and resident‑led service scrutiny. • Provide consultancy, training and motivation to local teams on RI delivery. • Conduct resident consultations and report on engagement, feedback and outcomes. • Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and travel across the region as required. • Ensure the resident’s voice informs decision‑making and drives service improvement.

What You Bring
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and report‑writing skills, be able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment, and prioritise competing demands. Forward‑thinking, innovative approaches to resident engagement and a positive, highly motivated mindset are essential. Ideal applicants have experience in resident involvement, community development or housing, as well as project‑management experience, and are able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and travel across the region. Applicants must be eligible to work in the UK, reside in England or Wales for the duration of employment, and be able to review the full role profile before applying. • Demonstrate strong communication, report writing, independent work and prioritisation skills. • Bring experience in resident involvement, community development or housing plus project management.
