About the Role
The Information System Security Officer (ISSO) will safeguard Parsons' large AWS‑based cloud capabilities, ensuring the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of systems and data. This role is essential for maintaining security compliance and overseeing the creation and accreditation of System Security Plans. • Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive System Security Plans for AWS cloud infrastructure. • Conduct regular risk, vulnerability, and security audits to identify and mitigate threats. • Manage security incident response and maintain up‑to‑date security documentation. • Provide security training and guidance to team members. • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to embed security measures throughout operations.

What You Bring
The role requires strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills to guide security initiatives. • Require at least 10 years of information security experience, a bachelor's degree in a related field, and an active Top Secret SCI clearance with polygraph. • Preferred experience includes work in the NC3 mission space and AWS cloud certifications.
