About the Role
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will support telephone and walk‑in customers with rentals of all construction and industrial equipment, acting as the front line of contact. What You Bring
The position requires strong administrative abilities, solid computer skills, and the physical capacity to bend, squat, lift 50 pounds or more, and work both indoors and outdoors as needed. • Use your inside sales or customer service skills for steady hours & potential overtime • High School diploma or GED required • Valid Driver’s license required • Familiarity with various types of construction/industrial tools & equipment • Previous equipment rental industry experience • Strong customer service & telephone skills • Solid computer and administrative skills • Successful completion of the DOT Qualification process preferred • Bilingual (Spanish or other) may be preferred in some locations

Base pay ranges from $21.38 to $25.38, with the starting rate varying by location, education, training, and experience.
